There is no objection what so ever to stop with sporting during the pregnancy, however it is from great importance to listen well to the signals your body is giving to you. We advise to reduce the training intensity a bit. With the pregnancy evolving over time, the baby can start being an obstacle. Your abs change position by the growth of your uterus, therefore you aren’t able to use your muscles in an optimum way. During your pregnancy we therefore suggest you to stop training your belly muscles to prevent you from getting back pains.

If you’re used to go the sauna you can, with the exception of the first three months, continue doing that. Be aware of the fact that it is possible that the higher temperatures can start battering you a bit sooner. If you aren’t used to go to the sauna we suggest delaying your first visit till after the pregnancy.
